According to Dictionary.com a newbie is defined as:

a newcomer, esp. an inexperienced user of the Internet or of computers in general.

or

One that is new to something, especially a novice at using computer technology or the Internet.

I myself, am still a newbie to a lot of technological stuff, and this book or series of books and articles is my attempt to educate myself, and to share with you what I learned in the process. Hope this collection will be a lot of help to us, newbies!
